PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) applies to the processing of personal data that the website https://iracional.com (hereinafter – IRACIONAL) can receive from individuals and legal entities (subjects of personal data) who visited the IRACIONAL website (hereinafter – Users), on the basis of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Law of Ukraine «On the Protection of Personal Data» dated June 1, 2010 No. 2297-VI, as well as the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 dated April 27, 2016 (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and other applicable data protection legislation, collectively referred to below as the Legislation.

We process personal data only if one of the conditions specified in the Legislation is met, including but not limited to:

  • site users have consented to the processing of personal data;
  • processing is necessary for the purpose of providing services;
  • such processing is required by the laws of the countries where the user is located.

This Policy establishes that IRACIONAL processes personal data in strict accordance with the requirements of the Legislation and only if there are legal grounds for such processing. Users are not required to provide personal data, but without certain information IRACIONAL will not be able to provide users with some services.

1.     What is personal data and how is it collected?

1.3.         Writing comments

When Users leave comments on the site, IRACIONAL collects the data displayed in the comment form, as well as the visitors’ IP addresses and the user’s browser agent string to help detect spam. An anonymous string generated from your email address (also called a hash) can be provided to Gravatar to see if you’re using it. If a User leaves a comment, it and its metadata are stored indefinitely. In this way, IRACIONAL can automatically identify and approve each subsequent comment instead of keeping them in the moderation queue. For users who register on the IRACIONAL site (if such a function is used on the site), we store the personal information provided by them in their user profile. All Users can view, edit or delete their personal data at any time (except that they cannot change their username). Site administrators can also view and edit this information.
